LA FOOD STREET FEST: June 15 (in Glendale)

The Gourmet food trucks are all the rage, and its always so hard to track them down.

On Tuesday, June 15th, nine gourmet food trucks will be in Glendale, CA from 6:00-10:00 pm. Normally I wouldn't post events this far from the OC, but getting 9 trucks in one location is a "must post"! Based on past experience, its best to show up early, and pick which of the 9 trucks you have your heart set on.

Personally I think the Grilled Cheese truck will be extremely busy. They've been having a great following, and are as busy as the granddaddy of gourmet trucks, Kogi (who will not be attending this street fest).

Philippe’s to Host Seventh Annual Free Chili Day Posted on  01/03/2017 Every January since 2011, Philippe’s has been teaming up with Dolores Chili to offer patrons a little something free. It’s become more and more popular and the day many have waited for is finally here, Philippe’s will host the seventh annual Free Chili Day. The first 500 customers at Philippe’s on Tuesday, Jan. 24 beginning at 10:30 a.m. will receive a voucher for a free cup of Dolores chili, with the purchase of a sandwich. Guests will receive a voucher at one of the two main entrances upon arriving to the restaurant.
